The oil and gas pipeline inspection drone is a professional intelligent inspection system specifically designed for the integrity management of the entire lifecycle of long-distance oil and gas pipelines. The system mainly consists of three parts: a high-reliability industrial-grade flight platform, multiple types of airborne inspection payloads, and an integrated ground control terminal. It can efficiently complete inspection and data collection tasks in complex terrains such as deserts, Gobi, mountains, and snow-covered areas, as well as in areas with inconvenient transportation, including large-scale oil and gas pipeline patrols, hazard identification, emergency response, and construction supervision.

The system adopts a modular design and highly adaptable architecture, flexibly integrating specialized payloads such as high-definition visible light zoom cameras, infrared thermal imagers, and LiDAR. Combined with intelligent recognition technology, it covers the diverse needs of long-distance oil and gas pipeline inspection, realizing a shift from "manual inspection" to "intelligent inspection." Its main application scenarios include: conducting routine autonomous inspections of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, accurately identifying risks and hazards such as pipeline leaks, surface corrosion, illegal construction, encroachment, heavy vehicle damage, and oil theft through drilling, improving the efficiency and accuracy of hazard identification; and enabling on-site evidence collection and historical data retrospective comparison through real-time video transmission, facilitating information-based management of pipeline inspections, solving the problem of difficulty in obtaining evidence of damage and theft, while mitigating the personnel safety risks of manual inspections.
