The Type 200 prefabricated steel bridge resembles the Type 321 Bailey bridge in appearance, but its truss height is increased to 2.134 meters. For some longer spans, the joints between chords and trusses are staggered to reduce inelastic deformation caused by pin gaps. Pre-cambering significantly reduces mid-span vertical deflection. Guide sleeves are used to position and fix bolted connections, increasing connection accuracy. The guide sleeves are subjected to shear, and the bolts to tension, extending bolt life and ensuring the safety of the prefabricated steel bridge. Wind-resistant tie rods are integrally formed and connected to the crossbeams, improving overall stability. Horizontal support frames are bridging the truss sections, preventing lateral bending and ensuring the bridge has a pre-camber after assembly. The Type 200 prefabricated steel bridge can be assembled into single-lane or double-lane bridges, expanding its application range.
