Product Introduction

The Bailey bridge is a prefabricated, long-span steel bridge system specifically designed for crossing rivers. This product cleverly combines the superior spanning capacity of a suspension bridge with the modular assembly advantages of Bailey beams. It uses high-strength steel strands as the main cables, and standardized steel bridge decks are securely suspended between anchor points on both banks via rigid suspenders. This structure fully utilizes the excellent tensile properties of steel, making it an ideal solution for medium to large spans of 60 to 300 meters. It is not only lightweight and stable but also possesses excellent terrain adaptability.

All components of the Bailey bridge are prefabricated in the factory, requiring only simple assembly on site, enabling rapid erection and significantly shortening the construction period. This makes it particularly suitable for emergency rescue or projects with tight deadlines. Furthermore, the bridge system is highly reusable, easy to disassemble, and suffers minimal wear and tear, allowing for multiple reuses and greatly reducing the overall cost over its entire lifecycle. It is a preferred bridge type that balances economic benefits and engineering efficiency.
